We offer friendly, helpful and confidential advice on money and debt. Telephone us at any time to leave your details and let us know how to get back to you. Messages are picked up regularly. We will then contact you to tell you about the times and locations of our regular advice sessions and to make an appointment for you. Our advice is provided by a team of trained volunteers, supported by a national debt advice charity. Our service is confidential, free and available to everyone. Sometimes we may be able to arrange appointments at your home.
If you are not satisfied with the service you receive, please contact us to allow us to deal with your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you can make a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk).
